"Felt like a bait and switch on the odor control"
I bought these mainly because they talked up the odor control, since my running shoes definitely needed help. After a few wears, though, the smell was still there like nothing had changed. They feel fine enough, I guess, but the whole odor-control part felt nonexistent. For the price, it felt like a bit of a bait and switch.

"Fit was close, but maybe not quite right"
I used Currex to help pick out insoles, and I think the size guide was mostly decent. They fit into my running shoes without needing much trimming, which was nice, but the arch felt just a little off for my feet. Hard to tell if it’s the insole or just my foot shape, honestly.

They’re not bad, and I do still use them here and there, but I’m not sure they were as accurate as I expected. For the price, I guess I was hoping the fit would feel a bit more dialed in.

"I ended up needing to return the insoles..."
I ended up needing to return the insoles, and the process was painless. Everything was straightforward, and the refund showed up after a few days. Kind of a small win since returns can be such a hassle sometimes.

"Felt like they made it my problem"
I reached out to customer service three separate times and never got a reply. It was really frustrating because instead of helping or even acknowledging the issue, it felt like they just left me to deal with it myself. Definitely not the kind of support I expected.

"Shipping was slower than I expected"
I ordered from currex.com and the product itself is totally fine, but the shipping took way longer than I expected. I’ve ordered similar stuff online before and usually get clearer updates along the way, but this time I didn’t really know where things stood or when it was going to show up. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just a bit frustrating if you’re hoping to get it quickly...

"Really too thick for my shoes"
These insoles were really thicker than I expected. As soon as I put them in my running shoes, my feet sat way too high and the top of the shoe felt tight. I tried walking around for a bit to see if they’d settle in, but they were just uncomfortable. They might work better in shoes with more room, but really not in mine. I’m a little disappointed because I was hoping for a better fit.

"Trimming was easy, though I felt a little awkward"
I ordered insoles from currex.com the trim-to-fit part was easier than I expected. I used my old insole as a guide and cut around it, which felt simple enough, even though I was weirdly embarrassed by how nervous I was about messing it up.

It still took me a couple tries to clean up the edges, and one side felt slightly off once it was in my shoe. Nothing terrible, and they’re definitely usable, but I wouldn’t say the fit came out perfect.

"Pretty solid shock absorption"
I picked these up for running, and I can’t say they don’t help on pavement. The shock absorption feels a lot better, and my feet aren’t nearly as sore afterward. The fit wasn’t perfect right out of the box, but it’s not bad at all overall.

"Metatarsal support just didn’t work for me"
I was hoping this would help with my foot pain, but honestly, it kind of did the opposite. After wearing it, my foot actually started hurting more, so it just wasn’t a good fit for me

"Felt Like These Just Weren’t Made for My Shoes"
I really wanted these to work, but of course they didn’t fit right in my running shoes. They felt bulky and awkward the whole time, and instead of helping, they just made my shoes uncomfortable and annoying to wear. Frustrating when you’re trying to fix one problem and end up with another.

"My feet just couldn’t catch a break"
I bought these thinking they’d finally make my shoes more comfortable, but it felt like I ended up with the opposite. My feet got hot and sweaty quickly, and the breathability just wasn’t there for me at all. Maybe they work for other people, but I feel like I wasted my money on something that made my shoes harder to wear. I wouldn’t buy them again.

"Too heavy for everyday use"
I tried these out sometime last month, or maybe it was the end of the month before, and they were heavier than I expected once they were in my shoes. After wearing them for just a day, my feet felt tired and kind of irritated. For the price, they just weren’t worth it for me, and I wouldn’t buy them again.

"My snap judgment after trying these..."
My snap judgment after trying these: they’re fine, but not amazing. I bought them thinking they’d make longer walks a lot easier, and they do feel comfortable right away. They fit in my shoes without any hassle too. But after a few hours, I still noticed pressure in my feet, so they didn’t really solve the problem for me. Not terrible by any means, just not as comfortable as I hoped for the price.

"Arch support is kind of just okay"
These helped a little, but not as much as I was hoping. The weird part is, they feel decent at first, but after wearing them for a while I still notice my arches needing more support.

"Felt too generic for different sports"
I picked up the Currex insoles because they made it sound like they were designed for different activities. I run a little and also play tennis, so I figured they might give me the right kind of support for both.

At first, the fit seemed fine, but once I actually used them, they didn’t feel that dialed in. Running felt kind of flat, and when I was moving side to side during tennis, they got uncomfortable. It had that no real person there feeling, like the activity options were more of a label than something actually tested for how people move.
Maybe they work better for someone else, but for me they felt too general. I was expecting more based on how they’re marketed, especially for switching between sports. I wouldn’t buy them again.

"The selection was okay, but my gut..."
The selection was okay, but my gut feeling is they could definitely use more options. I didn’t really find many choices that worked for my shoes.

"I really expected these to help, but my..."
I really expected these to help, but my runs felt worse with them. My feet started hurting after pretty much every mile, which was frustrating. I feel like I deserve at least an apology because this was not the experience I was hoping for.

"Not bad, just feels overpriced"
I mean, the insoles are fine, I guess. They’re comfortable enough and I don’t hate them, but for the price I was definitely expecting something a little more impressive. Like, they do the job, but nothing really stood out to me or made me think, okay yeah, this was worth it. Maybe my expectations were too high, but overall I’m kind of disappointed.

"Fell apart ridiculously fast"
I used these for maybe two weeks before the edges started peeling up like some cheap piece of junk. Annoying, honestly, I expected them to last longer than that, not fall apart like garbage right away.

"Heel Still Felt a Bit Unsteady"
I gave these insoles a fair try for a few weeks to see if they’d help with heel stability. They were comfortable enough, but my heel still shifted around more than I expected. They’re not terrible by any means, they just didn’t give me the secure feeling I was looking for.
